Meet the Team
Jonny Ellis - Managing Director
Jonny set up Arrowhead Management in 2013 after many years in the world of events and sponsorship. Previous roles include Sponsorship Manager at Harlequins Rugby and Sales Director at Bristol Rugby Club.
Jonny lives in a quiet valley in the depths of Gloucestershire with his wife Antonia and 3 children.
Jonny is passionate about most sports, especially rugby (playing for Moseley, Worcester and England U21 many years ago!). In his spare time Jonny enjoys playing golf, evening basketball and football.

George West - Event Manager
George has been working with Arrowhead Management since graduating from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, in 2014. Working with Jonny through his university years, and gaining valuable experience organising college events, George was in a unique position to join Arrowhead Management. Having finalised the complete eco-friendly renovation of his home with his girlfriend, George can continue to enjoy playing golf, mountain biking and socialising in his spare time.
